Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2 August 2026

Quantum ("we") is an analytics terminal for crypto futures at quan.trading. This page explains, in plain terms, what we store about you, why we store it, and how to get rid of it. If something here is unclear, ask before you sign up rather than after.

The short version: we store the minimum needed to run an account and a shared trade feed. We do not sell your data, we do not run advertising trackers, and we never take custody of your funds. Your exchange API keys are the most sensitive thing we touch — section 3 explains exactly what happens to them.

1. Who is responsible

The operator of Quantum is the data controller for everything described here. For any privacy question, correction or deletion request, contact us through the Telegram channel linked in the app or by email at privacy@quan.trading.

2. What we collect and why

We do not use advertising cookies, third-party analytics or cross-site trackers. The only browser storage we use is what the app itself needs: your session token, your interface settings, and your saved chart drawings.

3. Exchange API keys

Trading features are optional. If you do not enable them, we never see an API key.

4. Legal basis

Where the GDPR applies, we rely on: contract for account data and anything needed to deliver the service; legitimate interest for abuse prevention and aggregate usage counts; and legal obligation for payment records. Where consent is the basis, you may withdraw it at any time.

5. Who else sees your data

We share data only with the providers required to operate the service:

We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for advertising. We may disclose data if legally compelled to.

6. How long we keep it

7. Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, have it deleted, restrict or object to processing, and receive it in a portable format. Write to privacy@quan.trading and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in the EU or UK you may also complain to your national data protection authority.

8. Security

Traffic is encrypted in transit (TLS). Secrets are encrypted at rest. Access to production data is limited to the operator. No system is perfectly secure: use a withdrawal-disabled API key, and tell us immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised.

9. Children

Quantum is not intended for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

10. Changes

If we change this policy in a way that materially affects you, we will say so in the app before the change takes effect. The date at the top always reflects the current version.

Not financial advice. Quantum is an analytics tool, not an investment advisor. Crypto futures trading carries a high risk of losing your entire deposit. Figures shown in the product are simulations and past results, and are not a promise of future returns.
